By accessing the ARTSEE website , users are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the contents contained in these terms and conditions. If the user does not agree to part or all of the terms and conditions, then the user is requested not to use the services on the ARTSEE website . Users are asked to read the terms and conditions, if there are changes to the terms and conditions that were not notified in advance.

Definition

  1. ARTSEE is a site for making wall decorations in the form of art designs and photos that have been wrapped in premium frames.
  2. ARTSEE’s website is ARTSEE.id
  3. Terms and conditions are agreements that govern the rights and obligations between Users and ARTSEE and procedures for service at ARTSEE.id
  4. Users are parties who access or use ARTSEE services and are further categorized as consumers when making transactions on ordering goods sold by ARTSEE .
  5. Goods are tangible objects that can be delivered through a shipping service company.
  6. ARTSEE’s official account is an account agreed upon by ARTSEE and the user to process buying and selling transactions on the ARTSEE.id site

Products and Services

  1. Products sold at ARTSEE are photos or art designs uploaded by consumers themselves to become prints that will be wrapped with a frame or without a frame.
  2. Consumers can order goods on the ARTSEE.id website by registering or without registering, by filling out the following data form during the check out process:
    1. Name
    2. The size and color of the frame ordered by the consumer
    3. Tel no and email address
    4. Delivery address, Village, District, and postal code
  3. Customer order status will be processed, after payment is transferred to the official ARTSEE.id account and confirmation of payment is made.
  4. Confirmation of payments and orders can be made by consumers on weekdays (Monday-Friday, starting at 08:00-17:00 WIB) or through the payment confirmation feature on the website page ARTSEE.id . Orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  5. Payment for orders by consumers must be made immediately (no later than 2 days) after the check out process. If within this time limit payment has not been made, ARTSEE has the authority to cancel the order transaction and the consumer has no right to file a claim for the cancellation.
  6. Bank transfer payments by consumers will be given a unique payment code to simplify the verification process.
  7. Prices for products and shipping services listed may change at any time without notification according to applicable policies.
  8. Consumers are asked to save proof of transfer for the payment confirmation process.
  9. All order transactions will be processed within 1 x 24 hours after payment and confirmation have been made.

Refund(refund)

refund process can be done for damaged or defective products by sending an email to info@ARTSEE.id . After the refund process has been approved by picsrus.id, consumers are expected to send back the defective product and a refund process will be carried out immediately .

Product Delivery

  1. Delivery of consumer ordered products takes 3-5 working days.
  2. Delivery service fees will be charged to consumers according to the product ordered.
  3. Delivery of products using the services of a shipping company:
    • JNE
    • Hurry up

Product Warranty

  1. Warranty will be provided by ARTSEE for damaged or defective products.
  2. Warranty does not apply if:
    • There was damage due to the installation process carried out by the consumer.

Anticipate uploaded content violations

  1. Users and Consumers must guarantee that uploading photos or art designs on the ARTSEE.id site does not violate intellectual property rights. Users and consumers hereby understand that uploaded photos or art designs are the responsibility of the user or consumer personally.
  2. In using ARTSEE’s features and services , Users and Consumers are prohibited from uploading photos that contain SARA content, discrimination, threats, and pornography.
  3. All files uploaded on the ARTSEE.id site must comply with applicable legal provisions and not conflict with the prohibition of intellectual property rights.
