Does the product displayed in stock have a ready status?
No, the product will be processed when the order and consumer payment are successful. The process of making products and shipping is around 3-5 working days.
Can I see a sample of the original product?
Not yet, currently there is only a warehouse to process orders from consumers.
Does ARTSEE have a hardcopy catalog?

Can I order custom product types that are not listed on the website?

What payment types apply on the ARTSEE website ?
We work with a third party, namely Midtrans, in processing payments on the website, we also accept this type of payment via bank transfer.

Our payment system is equipped with a security socket layer (SSL) and is verified by relevant institutions to ensure its security.
Do I need to confirm my payment?
Yes, it is very necessary to ensure that the product ordered has been paid for or not.

How long will it take for delivery of my order?
Delivery time takes 3-5 working days.
Delivery time depends on the number of orders and delivery location.
How do I find out the status of my order?

What if there is damage to the product that has been ordered?
We ensure that every product delivered is in good condition. If there is a defect or damage, ARTSEE will replace the old product with a new one.
